PROCESSING TIME

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During busy periods (such as product launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

UK Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

  • Flat rate: £4

International Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Flat rate: Calculated at checkout depending on destination

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at joe.worldofworship@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to help you locate your parcel or arrange a replacement if needed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

WORLD OF WORSHIP is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, etc.). We are also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes for USA Orders

Effective August 29th 2025, all orders shipped from the United Kingdom to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are automatically calculated by and enforced by U.S. import regulations. WORLD OF WORSHIP has no ability to alter or waive these rates. As a result, customers in the United States be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
